With environmentally friendly and sustainable styles for both men and women prAna is the go-to fashion for travel, adventure and those enjoying activities like yoga. This well-known brand provides great adventure shorts and tops that are considered some of the most fashionable and long-lasting active wear in the retail business. New House band

We are extremely excited to announce that we now have our very own house band. Alex Saunders and The Big J Band will provide great music mixed in with the numerous other talented bands and musicians booked throughout the summer. Jadon Pace, born and reared in Saluda, N.C., will blow your mind with his guitar talents. Joining Jadon (better known as Big Jay) is Alex Saunders. Alex is a native of Spartanburg who recently relocated to Saluda to manage Saluda Outfitters and Green River Eddy’s Tap Room & Grill. Alex is a singer/songwriter and has additionally published some children’s books. The house band will serve up some catchy tunes you will only hear here, along with some favorite cover songs everyone knows and loves. Check out our music schedule elsewhere in this publication.

Tons of music coming your way

Along with bringing in our own house band, Saluda Outfitters is looking to offer some more excitement for the summer. On July 11, we plan to kick off our Open Mic Sundays from 6-9 p.m. and Songs Writers Under the Oak.

Coming soon also will be Karaoke Wednesdays every other week with Artist Night featuring soloists or duos on the alternate Wednesdays.

 Let’s Get Moving Again

After more than a year of being isolated from our favorite physical activities due to the COVID pandemic, we are all ready to get back in shape physically and mentally. There is nothing better than movement to music to brighten your day and spirit. Saluda Outfitters wants to help by starting line dance classes on Monday evenings. So, we are seeking a talented line dance instructor to teach at our Saluda location, from beginner to advanced movements.
