It’s almost Labor Day Weekend and we are celebrating at Saluda Outfitters with a huge Labor Day Weekend sale Friday through Monday. Take advantage of select clothing and shoes at 30% off.  While there, check out our new fall and winter inventory as shipments are arriving daily. Drop by to be the first to select from our new lines of Marmot, Elan, Kuhl and Howler Bros. We have some brand new products, including some things for baby, new hoodies with Saluda, N.C. logo on them in some new great colors, and more.

As always, we will have live music both Friday and Saturday nights Labor Day Weekend (and every weekend) with our excellent food truck dishing out our own special recipes like Pad Thai, shrimp tacos and ½-pound freshly cooked burgers to order.  We have upgraded our chili recipe for those cool and cold days coming up later on and we are smoking our own pork and have great plans to expand our menu in that area!

Inside Green River Eddy’s Tap Room, you’ll find a vast selection of craft beers and domestics, wine and cocktails being served. If you do not have plans yet for Labor Day, come join us for a ton of fun on our expansive outdoor deck or inside if the weather doesn’t cooperate. The music never stops as we have two large music stages now featuring bands from Upstate South Carolina and all around Western North Carolina.

We are always looking for new talent, so for anyone wishing to book a gig with us, email Angela at with your contact information, a short bio, sample set list and link to your music. (Check out our full music listing for September elsewhere in this publication.)

Drinks, dinner, live music and just plain fun are our specialties. Combine that with a great shopping experience and you’ve got yourself a one-stop-shop destination.
